This is the second year the kids rocked the Telethon, and once again the crowd was blown away by slammin' renditions of Stevie Wonder's 'Superstition', Janis Joplin's 'Piece of My Heart', Tom Petty's 'Free Falling' and more! Family Crossover Rockers Kim, Josh and Ben Wachtel return to The Tinicum Arts Festival along the Delaware River in Bucks County for an acoustic jam with Mike Stanley on July 13 at noon. Tinicum Park is great for the whole family, some excellent artists display their work in and around the historic property while all sorts of vendors are out on the midway.
For a more electric Radio Free Earth performance the Wachtels bring the whole band to their fourth appearance at Musikfest with Mike Stanley providing the guitar heat for two shows Friday, August 8 at noon on the Plaza Tropical and on Saturday, August 9 at 1:30 on the Liederplatz. That's right, after Mike plays with Radio Free Earth, he'll be appearing later that day on Lehighton's Bandshell with his own band to lay down the Biker Blues and Road Rock! Mike Stanley has been a Pennsylvania favorite for years, and this rare area appearance by the veteran rocker is sure to be chock full of great music, special guest performers and exciting stage presentations by this virtuoso singer, songwriter and guitarist.
